Join our Audience Research Measurement team as an account manager and help shape the next generation of audience research. In this role you will be the primary contact for the TiVo Stop||Watch clients, you will also be instrumental in bringing the various TiVo groups together to produce high quality answers and value add services to our clients. Your interaction and support of agencies and clients will translate directly into the success of their campaigns. Here’s what you get to do…

  • Become an expert in the most advanced television audience research platform today, Stop||Watch
  • You will be the primary link between TiVo and its client base for the Stop||Watch platform
  • You will be responsible for training and trouble-shooting with our clients.
  • Help us refine and define the portal to make it the most insightful television research tool in the market
  • Lead the troubleshooting of technical issues
  • Establish first line FAQ's for client questions
  • Work with TiVo product management to incorporate client requests
  • Work with the ARM and Ad Sales account executives to fulfill client requests regarding Stop||Watch and MRI information
  • Create presentations in a succinct and insightful format

Here's what you need to be successful:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Strong presentation and writing skills a must
  • Ability to interpret data and express it in a meaningful way
  • Background in television research and psychographic date (MRI, Scarborough) preferred
  • Experience working in research oriented environments a plus
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of sales people and juggle multiple projects
  • Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable communicating with all levels of management and external consultants
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • An energetic, positive, proactive, and flexible individual who can work independently
